How do you handle overtime?

You can purchase additional time by paying overtime at the beginning of the hour. All overtime is purchased on an hourly basis specified in your contract. Overtime must be payed via cash or check prior to the DJ continuing their performance.

Will we have a chance to meet with the DJ prior to the event?

Yes, I prefer to have at least one meeting in person to discuss the details of the event and answer any questions or concerns you may have. In addition, feel free to contact me via phone and/or e-mail at any time with any additional questions prior to your event.

What type of music do you play?

Seen Clear Productions prides itself on its diverse taste in music and has an extensive selection of music consisting of Rap/Hip-hop, Top 40s, House, Garba/Rass, Hindi (Bollywood soundtracks and remixes), Classic Rock, R&B, and many more.  With a library of over 30,000 tracks, you’ll feel at ease knowing there’s something for everyone

Can you provide cocktail hour music in another room?

Yes, we do provide special Cocktail Hour set-ups for our clients. Depending on the size of the room, clients will have up to 2 speakers connected with a preset playlist on an iPod.

What types of equipment do you use?

Seen Clear Productions uses the latest in sound equipment and club style lighting. The music library is digital and have an extensive library with a wide selection of the top hits. The speakers are self supported using air powered speaker stands.  Clients have the option of selecting club style lighting that consists of moving heads, scanners, and LED lighting. In addition, clients are provided with (2) wireless microphones and a corded microphone as a back-up. For events with over 400 guests, JBL SRX-series, concert grade speakers are provided to maintain optimum sound.

How is your Mobile Baraat system set up?

The Seen Clear Mobile Baraat system is set up on a custom cart, powered by an alternator. No need to worry about your guests following a van/SUV. We will ensure the cart will be either in front or within the Baraat to ensure optimum sound.
